How we’re staying safe, while continuing to provide technical support
One of our Service Desk team has been requested to self-quarantine and we continue to monitor that situation. Effective Monday, March 16, our Service Desk team will be working remotely. Big Fish Technology will continue to respond to all technology support needs you may have and will respond via phone and tickets as normal.
Big Fish Technology will continue to dispatch technicians for onsite visits that are determined to be a priority, while keeping in mind everyone’s safety and well-being.
